With over 50 acres of Houston family fun, we are the best amusement park around. A day on the ranch is way better than any other park because the experiences are real! You can choose from; Milking a cow, take a hayride out to feed cattle, learn to rope a calf, test your paintball shooting skill, fish Lake Buenos Noches. We also have a swimming pool (with summer swim lessons), sports fields, stockyard maze, our big hay barn, and so many more action-packed family fun. July 22nd:

Southern County Line, will be playing some great music. Mostly Country, with some new and old favorites. Kids 12 & under are free! Bring a chair or use our picnic tables. Food, Wine, & Beer will be available for sale. You may bring your own food but no alcohol. TABC Rules. Must have ID on you. Family friendly with a playground, jumping pillow, and a few other fun surprises. The covered pavilion and a smooth concrete dance floor.

Oil Ranch Concert Nights, local bands, and dancing. Bring your own food or allow us to make you a chopped beef sandwich. How about adding a cold beer or glass of wine, we got that too; just don’t bring your own! Family friendly atmosphere. Playground, jumping pillow, and even Volleyball and horseshoes available. Bring your comfy fold up chair or use our picnic tables. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy our newest venture. Children under 12 are free.

Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens

This historic home-turned-museum loves kids so much it dedicated the third Sunday of every month to family fun. Bayou Bend Family Days are an amazing day of free entertainment and learning for kids, featuring different outdoor and indoor activities, demonstrations and performances

The Chocolate Bar

A dream come true for kids, this sweet place is all about fun, happiness and of course, chocolate! The store is packed with clever little novelties–cell phones, hand tools, cars–all created in luxuriously rich chocolate. Through a large window at the rear, kids can look into the preparation area where all this chocolate magic is concocted. But the heart of the operation is a marvelous ice cream cooler with a dozen stunning, made-on-site flavors that use chocolate to varying degrees.

Moody Gardens

This tropical destination, less than an hour from Houston on Galveston Island,  is ideal for families and groups alike. Buffalo Bayou

Houston’s 52-mile Buffalo Bayou has become a prime destination for outdoor recreation near downtown Houston. A fun way for families to explore Houston’s green belt is with bikes, boats, and bats!
